The BSH range of Lexium 32 servo drives includes three-phase AC servo motors with low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous torque of 1.2 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 3.5 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 9000 rpm. The corresponding rated power goes up to 970 W depending on the voltage. The built-in encoder is designed as multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange size is 55 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing is also rated IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series servo amplifiers from the Lexium range are recommended.
