The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors have a medium rotor moment of inertia and are perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed is up to 5,000 RPM. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key conforming to the protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated.
