The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 10 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 40.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3600 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2.6 kW. The built-in encoder is implemented as a single-turn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection rating. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection standard. There is no holding brake present. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
