The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range features a low rotor inertia which allows for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 10 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 40.5 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 3600 RPM. The voltage-dependent rated power can go up to 2.6 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) and is implemented as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing is also rated at IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
