Servo motor BSH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a low rotor inertia moment, which enables high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 5.8 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its nominal speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 4800 rpm. Depending on the voltage, the nominal power can be up to 2210 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake available. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
