BSH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. This series of three-phase AC servo motors features a low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration for dynamic applications. Due to the winding technology, there is a higher power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 0.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 1.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. It results in a voltage-dependent nominal output up to 440 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is executed with a keyway and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
