The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a low rotor inertia, which allows for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to wind technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal holding torque of 0.39 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 1.50 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 292 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x Y-TEC connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 40 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 8 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a keyway and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
