The BSH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a low rotor inertia enabling high acceleration capabilities for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 0.21 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 0.75 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 9000 rpm. The nominal power dependent on voltage is up to 170 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x Y-TEC connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 40 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 8 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is provided. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers from the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
