Servomotor BMH series of the Lexium 32 servo controllers. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 65 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 195 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 2000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated output of up to 7.75 kW is obtained. The integrated encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with the IP65 protection class. The motor housing is rated to IP65. A holding brake is integrated.
