Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 30 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 90 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 3000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated output of up to 5.18 kW. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with IP65 protection type. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection type. There is no holding brake available. The LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
