The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors is characterized by a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 22.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 72 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 3000 RPM. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 4370 W. The built-in encoder is a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface design. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 140mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection type IP65. The motor housing is IP65 rated. An integrated holding brake is available. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
