The BMH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature a medium rotor inertia and are perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 9.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 27.0 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed goes up to 5000 rpm. The voltage-dependent rated power goes up to 2500 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange measures 100 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
