Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly tailored for applications with high loads. Thanks to winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.1 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed goes up to 3500 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1760 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods per revolution (16x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to the IP54 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
