Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 680 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP65 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
