BSH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous torque of 0.8 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 2.5 Nm. It's rated speed depends on the supply voltage and goes up to 9000 RPM. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 670 W is possible. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is designed with a keyway and is in accordance with the IP54 protection class. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection standard. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
