The BMH servo motor is part of the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 62.5 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 220 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 2400 rpm depending on the supply voltage. It has a voltage-dependent nominal power up to 6.26 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 and M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also conforms to IP65 protection. There is no holding brake present.
