Servo motor BMH series of the Lexium 32 servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature a medium rotor inertia and are perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 22.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 72 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 3000 rpm. A voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 4370 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
