The BMH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal holding torque of 10 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 30 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 3500 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal output of up to 2620 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) in a SinCos Hiperface design. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange for mounting is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing complies with the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
