The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal holding torque of 9.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 27.0 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 5000 RPM. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2500 W results. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing conforms to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake available. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
