The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 9.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 27.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power up to 2500 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as multisturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange is 100 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and designed to conform to protection class IP54. The motor housing is rated at IP65 protection. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
