BMH series servo motor of the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal holding torque of 6.1 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 3500 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1760 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled by 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing is also IP65 protected. An integrated holding brake is included. Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
