The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 range of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted to applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal constant stop torque of 6.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and compliant with the protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
