Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its nominal speed depends on the supply voltage up to 5000 rpm. A voltage-dependent nominal power up to 2270 W can be achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforming to protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. The servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
