Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 series servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature an average rotor moment of inertia and are perfectly suited for high load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and in accordance with protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series Lexium servo amplifiers are recommended.
