Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed reaches up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP54 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo controllers are recommended.
