Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 series servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 5000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1520 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight version. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to IP65 protection. The motor housing complies with IP65 protection. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
