The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 6500 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1540 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection class. An holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series of servo amplifiers from Lexium is recommended.
