The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors displays a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can go up to 6500 rpm. The voltage-dependent rated power can be up to 1540 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium range LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
