The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the LXM32 series of servo amplifiers from the Lexium range are recommended.
