The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed depending on the supply voltage is up to 5000 rpm. It results in a voltage-dependent rated power up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is designed as multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface execution. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to the IP54 protection rating. The motor housing corresponds to the protection rating IP65. There is no holding brake provided. The LXM32 series Servo amplifiers are recommended for the operation of the synchronous motor.
