The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm. The voltage-dependent nominal power is up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a woodruff key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. The LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
