Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a Multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with IP54 protection. The motor housing is in accordance with protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
