The BMH servo motor is part of the Lexium 32 range of servo drives. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 7000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1380 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to IP54. The motor housing meets IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
