Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 22.5 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 72 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 4370 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
