Description
The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This series of BSH three-phase AC servo motors has a low rotor moment of inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. The winding technology results in higher power density in compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 5.8 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 4800 rpm depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power goes up to 2210 W. The built-in encoder is a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) and configured as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange has a diameter of 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a keyway and conforms to the IP54 protection class. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended.
