Description
The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, which allows for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.3 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 9.6 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 6000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated output of up to 1630 W results. The built-in encoder is designed as multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed with keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing has an IP65 protection rating. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
